Unearthed from the charred ruins of the Black Tower, and reputedly the skull of the fell sorcerer Balthus Dire himself, this RELIC is rumoured to be actively worshiped by the foul chaotics of Craggen Rock, now loyal to the witch-widow of their slain master, and planning their fearsome revenge upon the good folk of the Vale of Willow – and beyond!
The great Allansian artist, Russ Nicholson, has collaborated with cloth artisans located Somewhere South of Fang to render the likeness of this sinister RELIC, and thus inform the people of Allansia that – despite being assassinated by an unknown young wizard – the threat of Balthus Dire remains …
